Message: We hired the 11 seater for our long weekend and was called that the van we were going to get was involved in an accident. A2B were quick to solve the problem of replacing us with 2 vans and also gave us a discount to accommodate for the extra petrol which was exactly what we needed for the two vans over the long weekend. So Thank you for the wonderful service and we'll be dealing with you guys again. We've also recommended A2B to other groups who we are familiar with.

Message: absolutley fantastic service. Hired economy car for 5 days great trip and had no problems collected from airport and taken to car. When I had to return the car got lost in auckland, I was kindly guided back by a friendly customer services representative on the 0800 line. excellent service friendly people. I will be using a2b car rentals again.

Message: September 2008. I booked a Nissan Cefiro. It was great for the first few days until it broke down. I called the free breakdown number. I was asked to book into a local motel. The following morning a replacement Cefiro with a full tank of fuel arrived by car transporter. My overnight stay was reimbursed and all breakdown staff and A2B staff were so friendly, apologetic and courteous I couldn't have asked for more. 1st time i've had a problem since i've been using A2B and they couldn't have been better!! Well done and thank you. I already have a car booked for September 2009. Keep up the good work.

Message: I've rented a Toyota Previa(Estima Lucida) with A2B each time on 3 different month long visits to beautiful New Zealand. Their service has been outstanding, prices are very attractive and even though the cars are getting on in years they were all ultra reliable and comfortable. I'll be back again in September 2008 and will definitely hire from them again! Keep up the good work!
